Answer:

10

Explanation:

height = 2(Base) + 4

h = 2b + 4

Area of Triangle

A= bh/2

15 = b (2b) +4) / 2 multiply both sides by 2 and distribute the b

30 = 2
b^(2) + 4b Divide everything by 2

15 =
b^(2) + 2b Subtract 15 from both sides

b^(2) + 2b -15 = 0 Look a quadratic. Factor or use quadratic formula

b = 3 or b = -5 Measurements of length can't be negative. So its 3

h = 2(3) + 4 Substitute 3 in to find height

h = 10
