a circle has an area of approximately 201.06 cm^2. If the radius doubled, what is the approximate area of the new circle?

804.24 - we know this because the area of a circle is r^2*pi. If we double the radius we get (2r)^2*pi or 4r^2*pi. We notice that this is just 4 times the area of the original circle, equating to 804.24.
