=3 + 5 + 2 + 10 + 6 + 3 + 7 + 3/8

=36/8

to calculate the given data must be arranged in ascending to descending order . So , the data are

2 , 3 , 3 , 3 , 5 , 6 , 7 , 10

Median = N + 1/2 (N means no of data)

=8 + 1/2

=9/2

=4.5

=(4 + 5) th term / 2

=3 + 5/2

=8/2

=4
