Explanation:

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)

m=(-16-(-6))/(4-2)

m=(-16+6)/2

m=-10/2

m=-5

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-6)=-5(x-2)

y+6=-5(x-2)

y+6=-5x+10

y=-5x+10-6

y=-5x+4
