Orthorexia is the fixation of food and having a strict restriction of foods to which is not considered healthy because your food shouldn’t run your life. It can cause you to stop new life experiences. I believe we should have fun even if you have some cheat days because we only live once. If it make you feel guilty and you can’t stop thinking about how you got out of those restriction then it’s considered a problem. Food is the one thing that helps fuel our bodies and we shouldn’t punish it.
