What US region has a population that is most likely to be dominated by people of Irish, Italian, Puerto Rican, and African American backgrounds?

Answer:

The general South is a strong contender for containing mass populations of these people. Many Italian and Irish immigrants moved to Appalachia during the late 1800's to early 1900's. As well, Puerto RIco is closest to the South and therefore closest to move to for Puerto Ricans, and slavery kept many African-Americans in this region of the United States.
