x = -2, y = 5/3

Explanation:

we have the value of x already (-2).

x=-2

Plug it into the first equation y = 2/3x+3

y = 2/3(-2)+3

y = -4/3+3

y = -4/3+9/3

y = 5/3

x = -2, y = 5/3
