The radius of a circle is 3 m. Find its circumference in terms of pi.

The circumference of a circle is
2\pi r

  • r is the radius --> 3m

Circumference =
2\pi (3) = 6\pi

It says to leave in terms of pi which means that we won't solve
6\pi

Thus the answer is
6\pi.
