If you were a member of Congress at the time, would you have voted for war?

If I was a member of Congress at the times hm- I don’t really know but I might not of had really voted for the war because I technically don’t like violence and like I don’t think I would be someone who would actually vote for war. :]

Since my speech is very well formed, it has clear ideas that give rise to my opinion and persuasive dialogues and phrases, it also helps a lot, since getting good information from someone professional in the subject clearly shows the variables that are offered if not vote for war.
