Answer and Explanation:

1. Discussions must be respectful, free from prejudice and intolerance. This allows everyone to feel free to speak and improve their perceptions about the subject discussed, without feeling embarrassed, discriminated against and devalued.

2. Discussions should avoid personal issues. This is because personal issues have the ability to impair logical and rational reasoning and stimulate emotions that are not welcome in this type of discussion.

3. Discussions must be based on facts and substantiated information. This prevents false information from being disseminated and spread, but from being fought and demystified, which allows for the academic and rational growth of teachers and students.

4. Discussions should allow all participants to have the opportunity to present their arguments without being interrupted. This makes the discussion richer and more comprehensive.

5. Discussions should be done in simple but objective language, allowing everyone to have sufficient ability to understand the discussion in a very punctual way.
