A jar contains 6 red marbles numbered 1 to 6 and 8 blue marbles numbered 1 to 8. A marble is drawn at random from the jar. Find the probability the marble is red or odd numbered.

Number of Red Marble

Number of Blue Marble
n_b=8

Sample size
n=n_r+n_b


n=6+8


n=14

And

No of red or Odd numbered
x= 6+4 = 10

P(R or odd Numbered)=10/14
