Answer:

The zeros are 1 and 2

Explanation:

Given

y =x^2 - 3x + 2

Required

The zeros

y =x^2 - 3x + 2

Expand

y =x^2 - 2x-x + 2

Factorize

y =x(x - 2)-1(x - 2)

Factor out x - 2

y =(x - 1)(x - 2)

Set to 0

(x - 1)(x - 2)=0

Solve for x

x - 1 = 0 \to x =1

x - 2 = 0 \to x =2

Hence, the zeros are 1 and 2
