Answer:

One of our main goals in life is to have a healthy body and to keep it maintained. In order to do daily tasks we need to be competent and healthy. And to keep our body healthy and efficient we need to have good balance, reaction time, agility, coordination, explosive power, and speed. Focusing on these weĺl start with coordination. We use coordination in our daily life when driving, playing sports, pouring, applying makeup, and writing. With coordination we can avoid injuries and be more organized in general. Imagine your standing and a ball comes rushing at you, you see it rushing towards your face.....do you stand there in shock or do you move and dodge the ball? if your answer was the second choice good for you, you saved yourself from an embarrassing moment and avoided some pain. This is called reaction time and it can be very resourceful when you need it.

Agility is a combination of speed, coordination, balance, strength, and endurance with these your able to move in a quick and easy pace. Agility is heavily used in sports like ball games and combat sports. It´s also used in our daily life when we go up and down stairs, hiking, and activities that involve running. As for explosive power It´s mostly used in physical activities like sprinting, throwing, track, canoeing, and sprint swimming to name a few. Explosive power is heavily important in sports considering all these involve a strong force of strength in a short period of time.

Agility: This helps you use your muscles to stretch and not strain your body

Coordination: Hand Eye Coordination is used in volley ball but you also need coordination when you swim moving your arms as well as your legs.
