I have heard that black bears are almost entirely vegetarian while many other bears including polar bears are carnivorous. The black is not actually considered friendly but studies have shown that compared to other animals it is quite nice. Studies have shown that the black bear is omnivorous but that it rarely and I mean rarely eats meat. This trait is different from similar species such as polar bears that eat mainly bearded seals. But maybe if they lived in a place that actually grew plants or other vegetarian things maybe it could have also been a vegetarian or even omnivores. The black bear is also considered “nice” researchers have said that when they studied black bears that they aren’t the meanest animals around which I guess is a plus. The black bears mainly live in forests or even sometimes alpines. So being omnivorous or mostly vegetarian may help the organism survive in its environment because there are a lot of plants and other greens that it can eat around the area it stays in. As well as, when it is in the alpines there may be little to no greens so it will resort to meat or fish because it has to feed its cubs or because it is simply just hungry.

The CHAMELEON is famous for its rapid colour changes as it moves from a background of one colour to another. It is DIFFERENT from other similar organisms because it can display a variety of coloured patterns to blend with its background.

The colour change exhibited by the chameleons helps the organism to obtain food and survive in its environment. The CHAMELEON simply sits still, unnoticed and when an unsuspecting insect flies by, it flicks out its tongue to catch it.
