I believe that retail therapy is not effective in treating real psychological problems such as depression, anxiety, among others. However, I believe that the use of this type of "therapy" can be promising to change the feelings and states of mind of a person who is not necessarily having a mental problem, but is just sad or discouraged about something. However, it is important not to make an addiction of this, but to use retail therapy sporadically, just so that an individual can please himself or herself.

It is important to remember that retail therapy is a person's attitude to shopping to improve his or her mood.
