(-5/2, 4)

Explanation:

Mathematically, we can calculate the midpoint using the formula;

(x,y) = (x1 + x2)/2, (y1 + y2/2

We have;

(x,y) = (-4-1)/2, (3+5)/2

(x,y) = (-5/2, 4)

to get the quadrant, as we can see, this is negative x and positive y and that makes it the 2nd quadrant
