Hello,I’m slightly confused, as you can see in the picture there are four lips displayed, and the person next to the lips are presenting them, now they haven’t admitted to drawing them, although i would like Confirmation from you guys, if they do admit to draw the lips, i wanted to see if they were lying or not.

Yes the lips are draw they don’t look like a photo but it does look like it was digital drawn
