y=-2x+8

Explanation:

first is to find the slope

m=(y2-y1) /(x2-x1)= (2-4)/(3-2)=-2/1= -2

now using the line formula of y=m*x+b, put in one of the points and solve for b.

2= -2*3 + b

2= -6 + b

8 = b

so y= -2*x+8
