Hello.

We have the slope of the line and its y-intercept; this is enough information for us to write the line's equation in slope-intercept form:

y=mx+b

m = slope (1/4)

b= y-intercept

Equation:

y=\displaystyle(1)/(4) x-2

I hope it helps.

Have a nice day.
