(7x^2 - 10x - 10) - (2x + 4)^2

(7x^2 - 10x - 10) - (4x^2 + 8x + 8x + 16)

(7x^2 - 10x - 10) - (4x^2 + 16x + 16)

(7x^2 - 4x^2) + (- 10x - 16x) + (- 10 - 16)

3x^2 - 26x - 26
