Lines on a treble clef staff: E, G, B, D, F

With this pattern, the ledger lines above would be A and C. The 2nd ledger line above is C.

Spaces on a treble clef staff: F, A, C, E

Extending above the staff with this pattern would be G, B. The 2nd space above is B.

Using the pattern in the first question, the first ledger line above would be A.

The lines of a bass clef are: G, B, D, F, A. Ledger lines above would give the notes C and E. The first ledger line above would be C.

The spaces of the bass clef are A, C, E, G. Continuing would give B and D. The first space above the staff, however, is B.
