Write a system of equations to represent the situation, using d for days and p for pages. Will Keith and Tameka ever be on the same page on the same day? Explain.

Tameka p = 5d + 15

p=p so the following is also true:

6d = 5d + 15

let's do the same thing on both sides of the equation, subtract 5d

d = 15

after 15 days the will be on the same page

you could also say that Tameka is slowly catching up with a rate of 1 page per day
