The approximate populations of Massachusetts and Wyoming (as of 2019) are listed

below:
Massachusetts: 6.89 x 106
Wyoming: 5.79 x 105
What's the difference in population between the two states? Express your answer
using either standard notation or scientific notation.

You start off by doing 6.89 x 106 = 730.34

Then you do 5.79 x 105 = 607.95

Then subtract 730.34 - 607.95 = 122.39

X=122.39
