C. 11.3 cents per ounce
The 20-oz ham is $8.75/20 ounces = $0.4375/ounce
The 3-lb ham is 3 x 16 ounces = 48 ounces. Cost is $15.60/48 ounces = $0.325/ounce.
The difference in cost per ounce is 0.4375 - 0.325 = $0.1125 = 11.3 cents/ounce, rounded.
