Steven has constant thoughts of contamination. He thinks about how germs may jump from one service to the next. He often washes his hand repeatedly, with in a ritualistic manner. He also cleans the house starting from one end of the room to the next making sure to get all of the services. If he thinks he misses a surface he must start over. Steve most likely experiences a form of OCD. In this scenario the compulsion(s) are ______, and the obsession(s) are_______.

i think the obsession is whether things will get contaminated or not, and the compulsion is the actions, such as washing his hands constantly or always cleaning the surfaces in his house. sorry if that’s not it, but i hope it helps :D
