Answer:

The probability that an odd number is rolled and a head shows is 1/4

Explanation:

In a fair due, the possible results are 1,2,3,4,5,6

The odd numbers we have are 1,3 and 5

We can see we have 3 odd numbers

The probability of selecting odd number is the count of odd numbers divided by the total possible results which is 3/6 = 1/2

For a coin, there are equal probabilities of a head showing or a tail showing and we have that probability as 1/2

So the probability that we have an odd number and a head showing up will be;

1/2 * 1/2 = 1/4
