What is the sum of (2x^2-8x) and (-x^2-2x) please help me

Explanation:

( 2 x ² - 8 x ) + ( - x² - 2 x )

2 x ² - 8 x - x ² - 2 x

2 x² - x ² - 8 x - 2 x ..(combine like terms)

x ² - 10 x

Answer:

the sum of (2x^2-8x) and (-x^2-2x )

=2x^2-x^2-8x-2x=x^2-10x
