Find how fast each runs per minute. So for the Tiger, divide 1.3 by 2 and get .65 miles per minute.
For the lion, divide 2.5 by 3 and get .8333 miles per minute.
Do .833 - .65 and get .18333
So, the lion runs faster by .1833 miles per minute
