Explanation:

  1. Plot the 2 points on a graph.
  2. Count the rise and the run from point A to point B.
  3. From point A, you go down 2 and to the left 2 to get to point B.
  4. Meaning, the slope is -2 over -2. (-2/-2)
  5. What is -2 divided by -2? Positive 1
  6. From there you can use the point-slope formula and find the slope-intercept form.
