x^2+y^2=10-6y+25=0


x^2-10x+y^2-6y=-25


now ~add ~25+9 ~ on ~both~ sides


(x^2-10x+25)+(y^2-6y+9)=-25+25+9


=(x-5)^2+(y-3)^2=9


(x-5)^2+(y-3)=(3)^2
