Pls help

This set of ordered pairs { ( 3 , -1 ) ; ( 5 , 2 ); ( -3 , 1 ) ; ( 8 , 4 ) } represents a function. Jimmy claims that the ordered pair ( 8 , 4 ) can be replaced with any ordered pair and the set will still represent a function. Which point below shows Jimmy incorrect?

Pls help This set of ordered pairs { ( 3 , -1 ) ; ( 5 , 2 ); ( -3 , 1 ) ; ( 8 , 4 ) } represents-example-1
