We know that :

From the figure, We can notice that the side which is opposite to θ is 15 units

⇒ Opposite side = 15

We need to find the Length of Hypotenuse using Pythagorean theorem which is :

⊕ (Hypotenuse)² = (1st Leg)² + (2nd Leg)²

⇒ (Hypotenuse)² = (8)² + (15)²

⇒ (Hypotenuse)² = 64 + 225

⇒ (Hypotenuse)² = 289

⇒ Hypotenuse = Square root of 289

⇒ Hypotenuse = 17
