We know that :


\bigstar \ \ \boxed{\sf{sin\theta = (Opposite \ Side)/(Hypotenuse)}}

From the figure, We can notice that :

↔ Opposite side of Angle Q is 9 units

↔ Hypotenuse is 15 units


\sf{\implies sinQ = (9)/(15)}


\sf{\implies sinQ = (3)/(5)}
