X= 7/2 or 3.5
I solved it by..
14-6x=-7
-6x=-7-14
-6x=-21
X=7/2

Step 1 = Write the equation in standard form 7x^2-6x+7= 0
Step 2 = Substitute the value of a,b,c into the quadratic formula
Step 3 = Simplify the discriminant
The solution is not a real number
