{4,5,6,8} is the correct answer.

This is because the domain is all of the possible x values in a set. The range is all of the possible y values. So for the first point (4,1) has an x value of 4, and a y value of 1. The second point (5,2) has an x value of 5, and a y value of 2. And so on.
