Think about the article you just read. What is the goal of the EPA? What is one tool the EPA uses in disasters? What is one chemical the EPA uses in oil spills? Explain how it works.

The goal of the EPA is to protect human health and the environments where people live, learn, and work. EPA use bioremediation agents, when these materials are introduced into an oil discharge, they make the oil biodegrade faster.
