Answer:

1. 8 cups of flour

2. 26 kids/students

________________________________

1. If one batch of cookies requires two and half cups of flour. Then we'll have to multiply it into three and a half.

Solution:

2 and half cups of flour = one batch of cookies

8 cups of flour = three batches of cookies

2. If eight kids get to go to the water park for $60. Do the same as i did on the first one. Just multiply them.

Solution:

$60 = eight kids

So every kids has to pay $7.5 to go to water park.

$7.5 × 8 = $60

$195 = 26 kids

$7.5 × 26 = $195
