How do I make "abre la boca" formal in Spanish
can you explain exactly what you have to do

Abres is the indicative form, which is just
stating what is happening. But here you have
a command, so you need the imperative form
abre.
La is used because the owner of the mouth is
already clear from the verb - the mouth you're
going to open will be your own. But it's not
wrong to use su.
