To add on, one of the positive effects of videogames is that they are good entertainment, it was fun and people loved it. It also showed people a lesson about how science was used for more than just war and destruction. A quote about video games is, "because they transport us to new realities and satisfy our needs for achievement and recognition." Another piece of evidence is that joy and happiness to most people and it's fun to do because there are many different types of games to play. It also satisfies people. A supporting detail is "Higinbotham invented video games to show that science isn't all about war and destruction."
