First off we need to use the formula S = rΘ

S - is the arc length

Θ - is theta which is the radian measure

r - is the radius

In this problem we need to find r

So, our equation would look like:

S ÷ Θ = r

Before we solve though, we need to convert the degrees to radians:

To convert from degrees to radians, multiply the degrees by π/180° radians:

60 x π/180 = 1.0472

If you input the numbers you get:

10.2 / 1.0472 = 9.740

The radius is 9.7 yards.
