Solution :

The Equation of the line can be represented as :

\longrightarrow \: y = mx + b

where, m is slope of the line.

now, let's solve for b , by plugging the values of "x" , "y" and "m"

\longrightarrow \: 5 = (4 * 0) + b

\longrightarrow \: b = 5

Therefore, the equation of above line is

\large \boxed{ \mathrm{y = 4x + 5}}
