I can give you three health products I use (Not sure what products you want listed but here are mine)

1. Lactaid

2. Gas-X simethicone

3. Claritin D

Explanation: I use Lactaid because I'm lactose intollorent and it happens to help when I eat cheese. I use Gas-X to help when I'm bloating from eating cheese. And lastly I use Claritin D because I have bad pet allergies and it helps me stop itcvhing and sneezing when petting my cat.
