Extra pumpkin due to favourable weather

= 20% of 100

= (20/100) × 100

= 20

So, new number of pumpkin = 100 + 20 = 120

Pumpkin eaten by animals

= 30% of 120

= (30/100) × 120

= 36

So, final number of pumpkin = 120 - 36 = 84

Final number of pumpkins is less than she expected.
