Answer:

1. f(x) = x² - 1 is an even function.

It has two-to-one relationship since f(-x) = f(x)

The answer is no

2. f(x) = x², same as above, the answer is no

3. The function f(x) = x³ is an odd function and its inverse is:

  • f(x) = ∛x, which is also an odd function

Both have one-to-one and onto relationship

The answer is yes
