Why do I feel like I don't know why happiness feels like? I experience being happy or atleast in a good mood time to time but when I try to think of it I get nothing, as if I never felt it in the first place.

On the other hand I know what its like to be so angry and frustrated along with being on the verge of tears and horribly sad.
