since they are already in the order we dont need to change

first quartile(Q1)=(N+1)/4

=7+1/4

=8/4

=2 nd term

=43

second quartile(Q2 or median)=(N+1)/2

=7+1/2

=8/2

=4 th term

=44

third quartile(Q3)=3(N+1)/4

=3(7+1)/4

=3*8/4

=24/4

=6 th term

=49
