These people have to hard very hard on a daily basis just to make ends met. They do not know anything about money in the bank, vacation, entertainment, or spare time.

There is a direct correlation between have a certain economic position and be happy. But this is not a general rule.
As I mentioned above, these people from poor or developing countries are considered to be happy people. Yes, as an oxymoron as it could sound, most of these people do not need money to be rich. They enjoy the simple pleasures of life, as health, family, their land, their culture, festivities, and traditions.
