line y = − x / 5 + 4 / 5

slope( m1) = -1/5

Slope of required line( m2) = 5

[as it is perpendicular to given eqn of line

m1×m2= -1

m2=1/m1= 5]

y-4= 5(x+3)

y-4=5x+15

y=5x+19
