The vertex of PMQ is 2.

The sides of angle 2 are PM and QM, since they both connect to form angel 2.

Two other names for angle one are NMQ and QMN since the middle letter of each sequence is representing angel 1.

I hope this makes sense when looking at the figure.

(a) Vertex M

(b) Sides MQ, MP

(c) Angle QMP, angle MPQ

(a) Name the vertex of PMQ.

Answer: The vertex of PMQ is M.

Vertices are the points where two or more sides of a shape meet. In this case, the three sides of the triangle PMQ meet at point M.

(b) Name the sides of < 2.

Answer: The sides of angle 2 are MQ and MP.

Angles are formed by the intersection of two rays. In this case, the two rays that form angle 2 are MQ and MP.

(c) Write two other names for 21.

Answer: Two other names for angle 21 are angle QMP and angle MPQ.

Angles can be named by the three letters that label the points that form them. In this case, the three points that form angle 21 are Q, M, and P.

Here is a diagram of the triangle PMQ with the labels for the vertices and angles:
