It’s 126 spoonfuls in 3 bowls

7foz in a bowl x 6 spoonfuls in an oz
That equals 42
Then 42 x 3 (because there’s 3 bowls) =126

It will be 18 spoonfuls because you have to do 6 times 3 which is 18.
